wtf is the point in having trial members then? Other than that its good =)
Playing trial members in actual battles would show how they play under more pressure...right? Back when Ascendancy was active, being a trial was less about how good you are but how you fit in; meaning it was the best possible way to test a person. I understand clans function differently so it may be something to reconsider once people have adjusted to the updated rules.

"- Supervision for MCGamer staff in clan battles is no longer necessary but a senior member of clan staff must make all rulings on said battle"

Atleast if "screenshare is required" was a rule by now... but i got told by some mcgamer mods that "Screenshare is not required" ..

Our view was that it would make more sense to allow clan leaders to decide who they wanted to play rather than us forcing them to only play full members. If clans end up deciding they don't want to play with trials the rule can be adjusted accordingly.
That's very true. But the meaning of Trial is for them to be tested into getting a shot into the clan. Basically Trial-Members can now play in battles? What if they just applied to throw? You never know man, playing Trials in battles is sketchy because A) You don't usually know them that well. B) You can't trust them fully because you don't have experience with playing with this trial, and C) This is destorying the purpose of being 'Trial' and now will we have to make everyone an applicant until accepted as member? Is Member supposed to be higher than Trial Member now? I'm not really trying to bash at all but I think this rule might be a little to big of a change for the clan community to follow, but I love all the other rules you stated other than that one. :)

That's what scrims are for, to test how good your trials are. If they don't do so well, they get denied. Is that not enough pressure for them?

Screensharing will more than likely never be a thing. I for sure am not a fan of forcing people to install 3rd party software for me to then go browsing through their private files ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Our idea behind the idea was to give the clan leaders the choice to play trials. Under no circumstances is it compulsory - it's completely optional.

I understand it is a choice, however I feel as if this may cause problems such as trials becoming upset how they are not playing in battles. A trial member isn't a real member in the clan, so why are they allowed to play in battles? Again, I understand it's a choice but this makes utterly no sense. I do like the other additions, but I don't agree with this one.

Why are you guys making such a fuss about trials being able to play in clan battles, maybe you haven't played EU. If you don't want to play the trial then don't. I do agree with Narwhal that putting a trial into a real battle does add on pressure but now a days, everyone you recruit is pretty much not new and are all old players. I have yet to meet a new player who has the same skill level as some higher up clans. The trial thing doesn't bother me personally because I usually never deal with trials in the first place, it's either their good and wanted or they aren't. The only other rule I may have difficulty with may be the 48 hour rule but that's only because I'm quite busy and I only like to resume when I find a suitable time so I probably wont concern myself with that rule.

Crinkkkkkkkle members never take scrims seriously which makes it like impossible to see how a trial member does good or not. Play your trial at 4-0/3-0/3-1 or whatever and its not like its really a bad thing...
