Captain.. Jon.. whatever.. I am very sad to see that this day has come. In fact, I wish it were to come at a later time if not at all. We haven't talked much over the last month and I wish that could have changed because you were the first person to come to be bearing the bad news about the stuff that happened in July when I was on vacation about the creative server thing, and about the events that were to unfold. Without you, I wouldn't be here today, believe it or not. You helped me keep a level head through the ordeal, and was helpful during the whole thing, and to that I thank you. We honestly didn't talk much after that, however and I wish we did, because you are one of the people I probably trust the most in this whole community.

You were, in my opinion the very best moderator out there and your resignation will be noticeable even though you may disagree. A legend has fallen, keep in touch man

Also, about your football obsession... I was literally the same way in my younger years. Once my dad got me into the sport when I was about 5 after buying me one of those little uniforms with the full helmet/pads, I had a diehard dedication to just going outside almost every day and tossing the football around with either myself or my dad. Heck, I even created two/three NFL teams in my head and made like stats for each of the players, ran the teams through multiple seasons, and ended up learning that I could extend my creativity onto Madden and enact this stuff on a video game (woah cool amirite). And hey, our teams are goin' up face to face this week (Niners and Eagles), hopefully it'll be a good game c:
