I really don't know anything about SSD's, but I'm curious as to why you are getting a SSD. That cooling is very good. The power supply will definitely be enough, although you might want to get a 950w just to be sure and increase reliability, but 800w will be enough. The monitor is good too.

That's a pretty good SSD, I'm guessing you'll be using it as your boot drive and to store a couple games? If it has >500GB/s read/write, I'd say you're good unless you can find anything cheaper for similar read/write speeds.

That cooling is great, but you'd better OC your CPU like crazy. ;) If you don't plan on OC'ing, stock cooler will do fine, and if you plan on minor OC'ing, go with an air cooler such as the CM Hyper 212 EVO.

For the power supply, I'd recommend that you get a modular power supply; it keeps your entire build much more clean and allows for better airflow. (Because you only plug in the cables that you need.) The Corsair AX850 is what I'd recommend if you're OC'ing, but if you're not going to overclock/do minor OC's, an AX750 will do just fine.

The monitor looks decent. What I look for in a monitor is good response time, and a good size. (Along with various other things :p) The monitor that you chose is a good size, and has an 8ms response time, which is alright I guess. You could honestly do much better for $180.)

I'll edit this post within the next hour giving you a pcpartpicker build list for you to base your system off of. (If you choose to. :p)

EDIT: Okay feel free to tweak anything on here, or not use it at all. Here's what I think you'd want though:
If you plan on doing crazy OC'ing: http://tinyurl.com/kuhk6d6
If you plan on doing minor OC'ing: http://tinyurl.com/lnuhmuy
If you plan on not OC'ing: http://tinyurl.com/mfqgknm

I know you didn't tag me in the post, but I'd like to give my feedback anyways. ;) Keep in mind, I'm by no means an "expert" on PC's or anything, so get a few second opinions if you consider my builds. Oh yeah and I typed this on my phone, so excuse any spelling mistakes. (If there are any. xD)

Ok I will check the cooling later on, But my main concern is the monitor, I found one with 14ms response but it costed $256, I'm struggling to find. Decent price do one with a high response rate, Could you help out? When I didn't tag you it was nothing personal, Just thought you were more of a main part person if you know what I mean ;) I was wrong :)
Edit: I just realized lower ms was better, I'm such a nub.
Edit: I also thought that I might change the 680 to a 780, What do u guys think? I'm also changing the ram to 4x4 corsair vengeance, Thank you for taking time to make this!

Haha, you're looking for a monitor with a LOW response time. xD The lower, the better. The build that I linked in my previous post has a great monitor, you should check it out. :p

Read my previous post I edited it!
In your first post you said you were already planning on getting a 780. :p Unless you meant you're switching the 780 to a 680? For the RAM, unless you're planning on doing intensive editing/rendering, 16GB is really unnecessary. Go for it if you've got the money though I guess. :p

I'd say go for the 780 if you've got the money, it's got roughly 1.5x more power than the 680, for only ~$150 more. Well I haven't done too much research on the differences between the motherboards, but I'm personally going for the UD3H for my first ever PC build. (Stuck with a Mac ATM.) My reasons for choosing it are the lower price and the colour. (Going for a blue + black themed build.) I don't think it makes too much difference, do your research before deciding anything though. :p

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/gianteye123/saved/#savedbuild_443862 I ended up creating this c: I don't need a cooler do I? Also do I need too buy a cable too connect the monitor too the pc or will it come with it :) I'm also stuck with a Mac, But I just attached a mouse and I racked up a decent amount of wins on 30fps, Maybe my new build could make it 300fps ;)

Looks pretty good. I haven't done much research on that motherboard, but can it take advantage of that RAM? (It's clocked at 2133, most gamers only need RAM clocked at 1600MHz, and some motherboards can't take advantage of the higher clocked RAM I believe. :/)
Other than that, looks like a pretty solid build! I think you'll like that case, 'tis a nice one. :)
The monitor cable should come with the monitor, so you don't need to worry about that. ;)
