I believe he should be unbanned, like come on its been 2 year he must have learnt from his mistake, but its true that he shouldn't be treated differently from other players so how about unban him only if he appeals to be unbanned.

Even if he gets unbanned, he wont really benefit the server anyways.

He most likely wont play on MCGamer for multiple reasons:
- He's probably gonna hold grudges and hate the server.
- He has his own server so whats the point to play on MCGamer.
- Even if he records on MCGamer its will only be like 1 or 2 videos. His fans wont join MCGamer because they know he wont be active on here!

We have 2 options.
1. Keep him banned. By keeping him banned nothing will change. Maybe MCGamer will even lose a few players, because he's most likely going to mention that he is not getting unbanned on the MCGamer netework.
2. Unban BajanCanadian. What could be the downside of this? He's not that retarded that he would hack again. He was banned 2 years ago, he got about 4 million subscribers more. As you said he is only going to make 1 or 2 videos, if every video gets about 500k views, atleast 100 of them check out the MCGamer network. If the first video was a succes, he will most likely do a collaboration with e.g. Vikkstar123, TBNRfrags or JeromeASF, which will shift the total views to 1 million+.

Unbanning BajanCanadian does in my eyes not have any downside for the MCGamer network.

A rule is a rule and he broke the rule, so he got punished. After being asked to stop using BSM twice by Chad himself. He still decided to continue to use it. Most players don't get that many opportunities.

No matter what the supporters of Bajan think, no one is treated different on MCGamer, we should all be about equality, I reckon for what he did, he should be kept banned, staff pushed the rules with him and gave him a warning, not a proper consequence, which makes it unfair on all other players that play fairly, we should all drop it, to be honest in my opinion, our opinions won't change their opinions on what they do, that is two years now, around about and we all should leave it for Senior Staff, we can't make the change, and it just makes more stress for them, that is not what they need.

I think he should get unbanned simply because better sprint mod doesn't even give an advantage anymore because people can just hold CTRL to keep sprinting since 1.7 came out. I think all the players that were banned for better sprint/toggle sneak should be unbanned.
