Public forum, public thread. No flame is occurring. Is there a problem?

Clearly, thedorkyd1 has come onto my thread harassing me to put up statistics of a "clan battle" that:
- Never occurred as it wasn't authorized by me
- Apparently cheated by teaming with unknown members
- Filled their team up with ex-hackers
Furthermore, he proceeds to call me and my team sore losers, I'm not sure if that classifies under harassment or just blatant name calling but as I started this thread, I believe I have a right to choose who I reply to, hence why I'm replying to you.

Couple of things here. It was authorised by a leader of the clan so it went ahead, if there is problems with this then please sort it out with your other leader. I really don't want to get into the cheating business, we went through it last night and you still won't take my word for it, you also have no evidence backing up your claim. If our team has ex-hackers and you didn't feel comfortable battling us then your other leader shouldn't have accepted. I never directly called you guys sore losers I just said "I don't want anyone feeling like a sore loser after this, can we get this sorted?" The agreement to put up results was authorised by a leader so they should be posted.

Do you have any video evidence that every member of your team wasn't hacking, considering there are videos of you guys hacking in the past.

Sorry, but that argument works in favour of both sides.

So you are basically saying that we all need video evidence to proof that we weren't hacking. I'm pretty sure that in Australia the law says "Innocent until proven guilty" If you can prove we are hacking then we will be disqualified but if you can't then the result still stands 3-2 to Pegasus

Australian Law works differently online than when it does in Australia.

If you want to speak about law, first of all, this site is hosted in North America, therefore it undergoes international law, law of whichever country/state it's hosted in, and the law of which users are in.

Regardless, harassment is an offence which can result in a restraining order in most Commonwealth countries.
As you are (guessing) a 12 year old girl, you can be prosecuted as a minor, meaning you could receive a good-behavior bond or as similar a restraining order.

But you clearly know all this as "innocent until proven guilty".
The thing is you have already been proven guilty to cheating in the past, what makes us think differently.
If you've played dirty in the past, and so have your team members, what has changed now.

You are already guilty. Now it's your job to defend yourself and prove your innocence.

Me not accepting a result? Nope, we lost to #Blitz the same day, however, they played fair and square.

Much regards,

Something doesn't add up here.. If the clan battle was not authorized by you then why does the opposition party (Dorky & his clan) feel it was an actual clan battle? Surely you would've discussed this beforehand.

Now I can't help noticing this.. "Apparently" cheated by teaming with unknown members. Is it not confirmed that they have teamed with other members? Trust me, as an old leader of the #1 clan in Australia every time we attempted to fight someone they would always pull out that card. Not accusing you of anything but without direct proof of their team teaming with others it's really hard to say that they 'cheated'. (Protip #1, record everything)

Furthermore.. Filled their team up with "ex-hackers". How is this breaching any rule whatsoever? The fact they used to hack has no impact whatsoever in the course of the current clan battle doesn't give anyone an advantage? (Of course if they used hacks in the battle it's an immediate disqualification for their team, but without proof it's really hard to be able to come to conclusive evidence on how 'they' cheated)

Now this is written in neutral text, I have no intentions in getting to a debate with you. Clan wars aren't a rule of MCSG and therefore have no official rules. It's really just common sense and possibly a few rules decided by the clan leaders. If you honestly feel it was unfair your best bet is talking it out with Dorky.

So you are actually going to stoop so low and call me a 12 year old girl. From this comment I can clearly see you are eager to start a flame war on your own thread which is highly illogical. I do not see where these so called "Harrassment" allegations are coming from because I don't think I have done anything to harass you. I asked you one and nicely if you could please put up the results from the clan battle and you said "No" because you weren't there. So just because 1 leader wasn't there then this counted for nothing? It would be a completely different story if you won and we all know it. You won't take my word for this but when I got banned for "Nodus" it was a complete accident and 90% of people won't believe me (You being one of them) but I served my time for that and funny enough I was unbanned early. So if you murdered someone and got 25 years in jail, served your time, got out and went home, later that day police came to your house and busted you for murder. So they just busted him for a crime he had already served his punishment for?

- Eager to cheat and win
- We have no proof other than word-of-mouth from us and another clan which was spectating who stated to us that they were sharing items with randoms, if a third-party response isn't good enough from 2 other players unaffiliated with us, then I don't know what is.
- The fact is if they were ex-hackers, whats stopping em from googling "Minecraft Hacked Client 1.6.2" and playing with one, denying they are using one with the reason "I used to hack"

We tried talking it out nicely, but all he cared about was his results.

Thanks for the post. I have decided to add thedorky1 to my ignore list, so I won't see his posts anymore.

You didn't try talking it out nicely (I know you can't see this but someone will) all you did was say rematch now rematch now rematch now and when we refused to accept you guys said "Alright this doesn't count" Everyone was fine with the battle until you came. IMO you are not fit to be a clan leader but that is just from my POV.

Does it really matter that much? It's just a video game.....
