Maybe HE needs to explain a bit better, saying 'soon to be best in AU' could go either way but seeing as he put it in his application it sounds like he is talking about himself, if he was talking about the clan then he could say ' This clan will be the best in AU' or something like that. Insulting my education is a really bad way of saying that he didn't explain very well. :/ I would like you to get on your knees and apologise and maybe I will forgive you.
