* Sorry if there's any spelling mistakes *

Hello all!

I need help for taking out teams, as the title says.

So what happens:

I'm a very aggresive player, especially with a sword. I usually kill many people in a 1v1, even if they have over 500 wins. The point is that when I meet a team I guess I go to aggresive and thinking that I'm better than I am. Or else I go mental unsafe, and thinkin, Jc you can't kill teams. I don't know. Sometimes I'm about to kill the other guy, but then his teammate comes and helps him.
I would be very happy for some advice, because a guy with 200+ wins, needs to know how to kill teams..

Well, there's the standard tactics:
Use a bow to get one or both of them to lower health before engaging.
Use Flint and Steel to slow them down, disorient them, and of course get one of them to lower health.
Fishing rods can be helpful to knock them into walls, separate them, etc. and even down mountains.
Go for the one that's at lower HP (Or that you at least think is at lower HP), as they'll die faster, so you'll take less damage overall. Also, they'll be more hesitant, as they know they're at low HP.
Use terrain to your advantage, and obstacles like fences, bottlenecks (Thin, long places that you can do things like shoot them and use FnS)
And, of course, run whenever you get low HP.

When you are fighting teams then what you want is surprise. If you can get behind one of them while they are in a chest or anything else, just spam hit him and once you are down 4-5 hearts, run away and typically the one who you didn't hit will chase you. So then you spam fire and run away again, then you shoot at them if they are far; but if they are close then use more flint and steel and then you can kill them.

The way I like to try and do it is by avoiding close combat, try to use your bow as much as possible and if you can then light them on fire. :) Hope I helped.
Flint and Steel is your best friend.

Always use your bow.
Thanks all, I'm glad that you guys want to help!

While you're active on this post, where do you apply for mod? Just wanted to know.

In my experiences, running is always the best option. I don't mean running as in forgetting them and running forever, I mean getting their attention and having them chase you. You wanna look for a weakness in their chase, if one of them splits off to cut you off from a different direction, or one stops to eat, you could quickly fight the one that's still chasing you, evening the odds. You could also learn some of the higher-elevation points on most maps, even if it's just a small hill, because that will put some distance between the two teammates. Whether they split up to attack you from both sides, or go up the same way, very rarely will they both be extremely close to each other when scaling something, and you can take advantage of this by fighting one of them while the other isn't in the immediate vicinity. Flint & Steel also works, as in, lighting 1 of them on fire, and taking the 1v1 with the one that's not on fire while his teammate retreats, but there are a lot of things that could go wrong with that, as in, the one on fire continuing to fight, or even lighting yourself on fire by accident. If there aren't many high-elevation points on the map, but there is water, make sure you gather arrows from tier 1 chests, and a fishing rod, and you could lead them through water, and once you get on solid land, fishing rod/bow spam them, keeping them in the water. Once you take one of them out, or they're both fairly low, you could dive in with your sword to finish the job. Obviously these tactics are very situational and are only really effective against smaller teams (of 2-3), so just experiment and find out which ones work on which maps with which available items.

When in sight use bow.
When they begin to get close try to keep your distance and continue to use your bow.
Try to get one low and aim for that one person do not try to fight both at once.
Once they get close do a quick flint and steel.
Use your bow again.
Once both are low just use your sword!
I hope this helped I suck at the games but through better players thats what I have seen.
