I see a lot of posts saying because DQ is hilarious. Not to ruin the fun, but I personally think a mod should be tagged in this thread for doing their job correctly. Not saying he isn't doing his correctly, but saying he is hilarious, funny, caps user doesn't gives me a good image of a mod.

I think a mod that has fun with other people and doesn't just conform to the normal mod groups and confine himself in the mod channels of TS all the time is a good mod. Of course working hard is important and doing all of the moderator duties, but I think being an active member of the community is also important.

I do agree. Its perfectly fine if people say someone is fun and so on, but there should be the side were they appreciate for him doing his job correctly and what makes him stand after all the moderators when doing his job. That would be my suggestion, but if people don't want to follow it thats alright.
