Ability to /msg other *tributes*

I think having the ability to /msg other tributes would be great for people who do not have programs like skype and Teamspeak. Now, obviously it would have to be set so that spectators couldn't message tributes, but it would be a great way for tributes to create a plan without all the other tributes hearing you.
I'm guessing someone else might have posted about this, but oh well. =/

I don't know the radius but if a player talks only people around him can hear.

You can already hear for only a 50 block radius, so if someones at the corn, and yousay something at they castle they can't hear you. Keep it this way, it's more realistic.
