Maybe its your computer? If you can, try connection via another computer.

Ive already got 12 Gigs running to minecraft, just a ram change might do it? or is Allocating *more* ram what does it...

Edit: Went up to 13, no change...

If you use an ethernet cord, try switching the cord, reversing which end you plug into the computer/router, or using WiFi? (If you have wifi capabilities) Have you tried contacting your internet provider? Replace cords you're using, disconnect all computers except the one you're using, uhhhhhhhhh maybe check your firewall

Got any hacks on you Cam? Huh? In all seriousness, maybe it has to do with your account. Have you changed something in your .minecraft folder to effect it? I think it has to do something with the files in your .minecraft folder...
