iBuyPower and websites like it aren't a bad option at all if you don't want to build it. Obviously there is a premium you have to pay for that though.

I would help, but building a PC would really depend on price, and we don't know what you're parents are willing to spend yet. Unless they're willing to go all out, I would guess anywhere between $600-$800
