CA division is not needed. We've tried this idea before and we ended up not liking it. The only division we might end up remaking again will be EU

CA is basically the same as US, so it really isn't needed. And if we did we would need a good CA person to trust leading the division, so right Soul may not want to expand as it takes time and he would need to find a good starting roster.
