What Minecraft Settings Do You Play On For PvP?

minimum settings. I get about 15 FPS on roxbot with optifine and fpsplus and all that

I use 100 FOV, 130 sensitivity, 2 chunk render distance, no music on, 10% sound or master volume, and most other settings are turned off, particles-all, graphics fast

Well here are mine:
FOV: either 90 or quake depends on how i'm playing
Sensitivity: Don't change in game sensitivity only on my mouse.
Render distance: i play on far or far 128 on optifine
Or 1.7: 6 chunks
Particles: On to check for crits
Recording software: Fraps, Dxtory to laggy...
