My actual suggestion is this: these shouldn't be implemented into the game. The 0's are where they are for a reason, and no amount of walking and chest checking would be enough to stop them from relapsing into zeroness eventually.

I don't know whether you've played Call of Duty but they tend to try to help out the 'newbs' by giving them over powered perks and death streaks.

My point is, it's fustrating for the people that try hard to do good, kill everyone and then for everyone to get the advantages. Making a game as fair as it possibly can be amongs the competitors just ruins the game.

Giving them points is pointless (no pun intended XD) since you have to be REALLY bad to get zero points which means they will just loose them again. And what happens if they team with somebody better then them and they use skype? that would give them both an advantage.
