What Minecraft Settings Do You Play On For PvP?

I was wondering you're Minecraft settings you play on, and what you think are best for PvP. You don't have to write all Minecraft settings (That would be stupid...) but just some important ones, this is mine:

Render Distance: Tiny (With Optifine) - helps me for finding people.
View Bobbing: Off - it is just easier for me.
Smooth Lighting: Off - I have a bad computer.
Graphics: Normally Fast because my computer is slow, but Fancy could help a little - only because you can see through tree's.
Particals (All, Minimal or Decreased): I use All, but when I am lagging I use decreased - I like the Crit particals & knowing my hits.

yeah i try using default fov, i'm just not used to it...

I only play at about 3 fps on the high settings but with everything low about 40 fps on a laptop, not one for gaming, and with no optifine...

All this gets me around 40 FPS, when I Skype with my Mic plugged in, I get 20-30.

No OptiFine, my mac is too crap to download it for some reason...
