Your application is the CA staffs responsibility. I am a US trial officer but I can say that being impatient only hurts your chances.

Being on the TS for the hole day doesn't mean anything, your usually in your own channel with your Mic and Speakers muted, when the majority of people are in on big chat join and just play with them don't be shy if you interact with the members and be patient you have a good chance of getting in.
