I see threads such as, "Who is sexier/hotter, ***** or ********" it's just not needed and in my opinion.
I don't know man, I think the Fin vs. Gravey4rd thread was more than necessary.

In a world and culture built alongside sexism and certain sex appeal for centuries, the modern times are having quite the difficult time getting out of the rut of sexism. I don't know if the world may ever, but now a lot of countries are getting closer than ever. Still, we're all affected by the 'traditional' double standards and 'personal' choices which our culture superimposes upon people's choices, such as being manly or feminine ...

It's not a legitimate excuse to say that you did something because you're a teenage boy. I think it's less of maturity and more that our culture is half EXPECTING people to say things that are sexually harassing, as if it is a normal thing to do. Everyone should be able to post pictures of themselves and feel secure in doing so (if they so choose to), without getting harassed or feeling embarrassed.

And of course, the posts/likes ratio. Almost anyone will see the opposite sex in a more positive light. It's human nature. There's what looks like at least 3 males to every 1 female on this website, and that means more...focus towards the females from the male majority. It leads to a lot of likes for the ladies. I'm guessing that if the gender ratios were inverse it might be the same. Can't really change that.

I remember one time ingame someone came up to me and said "hot skin" then said something a bit too inappropriate for the forums about being sexually attracted to it.. I found it pretty stupid that someone is sexually attracted to a skin.. Like.. That's just.. That's a problem. If you're sexually attracted to a skin, you should probably get that checked. <--- Good tip.

You have no idea how long I've wanted to make this thread but have had no idea how to phrase it.
Thanks for this.

An incredibly well said and beautifully structured argument. Nice use of logical appeals as well as appeals to emotion. However, there's not too much our community can do because most of our community is young. I highly doubt people on this server would be so abusive and objectifying towards woman if it was in person because it is very easy to say things via internet without any face to face interaction.

I do not simply understand why boys go around and ask girls those things. What I dont get aswell is that some girls think that by saying you're a girl, you're now promoted to god and controls every single guy on the server. I know that girl gamers are uncommon but we dont need to throw ourself over them. We wont meet our soulmate in a game that we play.

I have once or twice thought about posing as a woman to become more popular on the server and forums. I have no regrets.
