Sure, I won't tell anyone but I don't think that it is advisable to keep your identity secret, also it would be good to seek getting some official recognition (kinda like the map committee).
Btw I do think this is a good idea, I just think it needs to be set up right.

5) Why would you like to be a representative?: I just like this idea and I want to support it to see where it goes. I really think MCSG needs something like this!
6) How would you make a good representative?: I am a loyal person within the community, I have been active (ACTIVE) for over a year, but I started one year and a half back on another account. Anyway, I know a lot about the community, both its better and worse sides, and I am a friendly person in general. I think this is a quite cool idea, so I wanna be a part of it and see how it goes
7) Do you promise to be an active updater?: I promise, as long as I am not super busy with other stuff all the time which I sadly tend to be now and then, but when I am not busy, Ill do my very best
