As some of you may know, I've had to go through (And technically still am going through) a situation like this. I think the best thing I can say is exactly what Theo said. Confidence will be key in recovering. Find something you're good at, and immerse yourself in it. I don't want to come off as a cocky jerk, but I'm a pretty good saxophone player. I started getting really into it and I started playing stuff for my friends. Every single time they complemented me, I started to get over it a little. You're also gonna want to distract yourself. I had football and band. You may have something else. I'm really sorry, but I'm horrible at giving advice but if there's one thing I can say, it's to hold your head high soldier. This is but one challenge you're gonna have to go through in life, and it'll help you deal with future problems. I wish you all the luck in the world.

Edit: Also, I want to say this. There is a lot more to life than just girls. Don't let this get you down. In 10-20 years, when you're sitting in your mansion, you're gonna forget all about this. If you do end up remembering, you'll think to yourself "Boy, I'm glad that I didn't dwell on that for so long. It's a good thing that I moved on."
Really cheesy, but "Keep moving forward"

Break up with her. Then, eat ice cream and call yourself fat while you cry. Works like a charm, and all girls do it. :)
