Yeah it is, when you have or obtain wins/kills unlegitly they remove your wins and stats. AKA being banned for hacking.

I have seen someone banned for hacking then I records'ed them and they had 0 everything

If they unbanned you, then they would think that you weren't hacking. Therefore they would not reset your stats, because you don't deserve to have them taken away.

I highly advise against breaking the rules just to get your stats wiped. Not only does that get you banned, but you would ruin the experience for other players in that game, as well as work getting you banned. Us mods actively fight against hackers on the servers, and hacking to get your stats wiped is a very selfish thing. Instead I would advise playing a few more games and evening out your stats to the ratio that you want. It's easier to add statistics than take them away.

50/300 is actually very good. I'm about 1 in 4 but i'm in an elite clan.. It is MUCH better than average trust me. Nothing to be dissapointed about.

There is no way to verify that you got this account from a friend except a testimony from the friend. This is an incredibly small issue and Senior Staff is very busy. It took me about 300 games to start consistently winning, and it did not have a lasting impression on my win/loss ratio. I would recommend being thankful for the account, and play for fun while trying to improve your skill.
