banned for fist glitching? please fix the glitch

If I win (which happens alot) I do not rejoin the same server... but eventually I'll come back to it and unknowingly the glitch will still be there.... I'm pretty sure i have a "fist glitch" on just about every usserver then when i try to defend myself from being attacked by punching someone they die...

Also why hasn't the glitch been fixed yet its been forever....
In b4 someone says its a mojang glitch.... because it isn't

It's pretty stupid being banned for a glitch you really have no control over. And, if you're banned just get a mod to check the server logs to see if you continuously joined the same server.

I don't think either of the two people above me realize who they are talking to, I don't think jefe would be banned for using a fist glitch anyway if he doesn't know he has it.

The ban hammer has spoken guys... I'm not trying to get unbanned... I'm just trying to start a discussion on fixing the glitch...
Ill take your word the glitch is on the hive, while I've never played on the server I've seen video of gameplay and I believe their hunger games plugin is a carbon copy of mcsg's I've never had anyone tell me about this glitch from another server. It should be easily fixable just like placing lava/water was
