You have to realize we have many applicants and only a few spots. It's not like taking candy from a baby. We need to be sure we're picking the right people. Why rush and pick the wrong ones? I realize sometimes it can take longer than what people want, but we have lives too. We're not constantly talking about this. If that were the case, the roster would be filled in seconds. There's a reason the roster is almost never full.

Everyone's app is noted and discussed. We don't just skip people. It's just that we have a lot to sort through and it's difficult. I guess maybe we should reply to the app saying "Pending." The reason we don't is because all apps are pending the second they are posted. Whether we publicly deny or accept them takes time. Maybe from now on we will reply to each app so that you all know that it has been seen and noticed. Thanks.
