I've had some experience with Dossers (as they are called in the community I am part of), and generally they do what they do because they are:
A. Bored
B. Disgruntled after being banned from the servers.
C. Have no life and do what they do to purely corrupt the enjoyment of others.

The best course of action? Ignore them and defend against the attacks, but don't make it into a public thing. That's just what they want.
