Is it good to organize your inventory?

Yes VERY important! Also make sure to carry as little on you as possible that way if you kill someone you can pick up all their stuff and continue to run immediately if needed. Comes in handy when fighting teams of 2.

Inventory organization is good. It's appealing to the eye, and removes clutter. Plus depending on how you organize it, you can easily remove useless items (leather armor, bowls, etc.)

If my inventory is not organised, I splurge out and go mental at myself. As soon as I get a kill, I check for people around me, then sort out my inventory into categories as fast as possible.

It isn't THAT important. You can live without organizing your inventory. All I do is get rid of all the useless stuff, then go around killing people, and vice versa.
