I said Asian hackers because I play on Asian servers and that's who I focus on...
Most of them speak English...

But think of it like this: "Dangit, dead again, why can't I get better, maybe I'll just hack for a little bit just to bring my stats up, nobody will know, maybe if I have better stats I can get in a clan that will help me!"

I do see where you're coming from. But at the same time, one player hacking for the good of themselves is not going to make the people that they kill using hacks forgive them for doing it. If they want to get better, do what I did. When I first started MCSG, I knew how to play (I came to it through a youtuber), but I really wasn't good at PvP. I didn't hack. I went onto PvP servers, and honed my skills until I came to where I am today. A decent PvPer, a good shot with a bow and arrow, and 175+ wins. It's really not hard.

Like I said before a 2 week or more ban would be a better lesson than a 7 day ban.

I don't approve of a perma ban because I just banned a hacker and when he found out he was about to be banned he sounded very sorry and apologetic, it could be all fake but it was as sincere as it can get on the Internet. We're all human, we make mistakes but we can learn from them. If we permanently ban hackers then they can't learn from their mistake, well, if they do learn it'll be too late. That's why we give them their 7 day ban so they can learn to repent before we perma ban them if they hack again. My mission, to turn all the Asian hackers into good, social players.

Okay let's agree that a 14-day temp ban is fair because I'm PRETTY sure that the user who download hacks for minecraft knows what he wants to do and what he's doing.

30-day is a bit absurd.
2nd time should definitely be perma-ban.

It's pretty well known that Asian servers tend to have more hackers, due to the lack of moderators.

Well, I wouldn't know, I stick to US servers mostly.

It's not up to me to decide how long the bans should be, I kind of agree although a hacker only ever kills me once, he gets banned soon after. And what I was saying is that they know what the hacks are and what they do but some of them think it's the better option compared to training, some people make stupid mistakes.

Well, it's not training as in training for the olympics, which is grueling, hard, physical and mental work. This is just playing on a different server to prepare for another server, which in the big picture, is just playing a game that you enjoy playing.
