Go to Video Settings > Quality and then set Connected Textures to Off. If you don't have optifine this won't exist and I can't help you then, sorry

No, it'll just make your glass have borders around each block and other minor stuff.

Mostly every texture pack from 1.5.2 is out if you use Dinnerbone's TextureEnder.jar. I use faithful and R3DCraft.

Is Faithful 64 x 64 out anyone. Because 32 x 32 just isnt good enough on a high res computer.
