How long it would take you to learn? Or how long would it take you to build it?
Learn: watch the vids and do research which is about a week or so
Building it: 4-5 hours for a beginner, it will be easier later on after experience

Budget: 600-1000 USD
I don't think I can wait that long lol. What's the best computer for around 500-600 dollars that will run minecraft smoothly. Thanks

Well, for a laptop, Im on a HP pavillion G6 and When im with OptiFine and I allocated more ram, I get 300 fps. i say this is a good laptop because you can buy them for 300-600 USD dollars and can come with upto 32 gigs of ram and an intel multicore processor with a radium graphics. it also comes with windows 8 or 7 I believe. Its by far the best Gaming laptop for under 600 dollars.

Sweet! I'll look into it! Where would be a good place to buy it in Australia?

300 fps on a HP Pavillion laptop? I'm not calling you a liar, but I find that hard to believe. If that is true, that's quite impressive :)

I strictly use it for Gaming. There is basically nothing on this atm except a couple things like winRAR and stuff like that. you find that hard to believe? My friend, has the same laptop but with a suped-up graphics card and gets 400 on short. but 300 or normal. When I meant 300, I meant on on short. I usually play on normal plus 80 and I get 150 there.

Never buy a pc off ebay. You have no customization, and sometimes you get scammed. you should build your own :) Anyways, It depends on what you're going for. If you're using your pc for office/work, then you might want to build your own. You could save money by not buying a graphics card, because those are meant for gaming. It's your choice whether or not you want a graphics card or not. (for example: Would you be playing minecraft? Using photoshop?) If you are aiming towards a "Gaming" Pc, then you should obviously buy a graphics card, if you don't want to be staring at a slideshow when you try and play minecraft. I would recommend using this website called "Pcpartpicker" It's really helpful when it comes to building your own. You should try it :)

That's the web address, and I hope this information helped ;)
