New VIP's?

Call me nitpicky, but I'm running into a pretty insane amount of VIPs ever since the new maps are being added. I don't have any problem with the map makers getting a new rank, as some of them truly do deserve it, but it's sort of defeating the point of VIP when there are 4 or 5 of them in a match now.

It seems relatively easy for these teams who were PMC accepted to get it. Can't the main team leader just throw in a couple of friends names into the build process, even if they really only placed down a block or two, and "lie" about them having quite a large part in the actual process. This is my opinion on why only the project leader should get it.

This sort of leads into my next point. Wouldn't it be possible to create a rank for these map builders? Give them a light green or blue name, then they'll get a bit more recognition for what they did and not get questioned and slandered on why they have VIP as I've seen in quite a few lobbies so far.

I am getting irritated with the people that make maps solely for the purpose to obtain an in-game rank. Come on guys, a map is about contributing to the community, helping people have fun on these servers, and they are hardly boring to build. I'm not saying that VIP is bad, but I don't like the way people are making maps just for a rank and a few people saying in-game 'omg how did u gt prple nam.'

And remember, VIPs are normal players, who are still subject to bans, deranking, etc. It's a responsibility, not just a flashy purple name, and anyone with it is expected to act appropriately.

Can a mod please answer me? A bunch of random people that aren't Very Important people are getting it, like Spike11, what did she do that was so important?! Zeno duckluv321 MCJackson slasherxtreme Does anyone know? Or did they all just happen to do something I am un aware of?

I helped make Castle Dracula a 48 player map, it is a giant map and took a lot of time and effort
The main builder (@zorrodc ) Has mod so therefore not needing the Vip

He got VIP for helping make lost mines along with like 5 other people which is just stupid as all off tomahawks close MSCG friends have it. I personally this off topic the ih is quote that only the main leader/builder should get it as it was them who put it togheter

And who does it just for the rank? You make a map so you can give the servers a good map. I don't know of anyone that solely does it for a rank.

There have been quite a lot of people who, when I play on mcsg, will say things like 'Oh you get vip for map, well i gonna make map to get it. join me at secret cake alkdnsalkjrbfa to help build.' I just get annoyed with that...

Well those are some random people, not our cool map makers That is kinda irritating though.
