The video is a little suspicious, but why post it here? You should put it in Report Abuse, and if he gets banned, it's hacks. If not, it's just lag. The staff is probably better at distinguishing hacks from lag than we are. After all, ban videos come in a lot. (and I said I wouldn't play anymore for a while, but I'm still going to be active in the community, so don't be surprised if I keep posting)
