Sponsering not working?

I've been able to sponser a few people but for some reason the past 3 people I've tried to sponser it has said "That player is not online"
Is this a bug or?

Did that player die and then leave? Or was the player still in game. Because this works for me.

It's probably a bug, unless the player died.

The only case that you would receive that "the player is not online" is that they're not online. They likely ragequit after dying, or simply disconnected.

Subv3rsion we need a new lobby competition in like 2 months maybe a annual one like every 5 or 6 months

I'll record every time I sponser from now on, but the last two both players were online. The games even ended up in forced death match due to them being stuck and people not being able to find them. :S

I've already done this, tried it with the capitalization at the front of their name like they have it and even with a lowercase. Still wouldn't work, only had the issue with these two players.

I'll just record it the next time it happens for the Dev's to see.

Hm.
Make sure you're spelling it right, using correct capitalization, everything. If this continues to happen to you and you are typing EVERYTHING in right, contact one of the Developers / Admins.
Also, the command is /sponsor if you don't know.

Names were spelled correctly, This has happened twice where the name was spelled correctly as they were real life friends whose usernames I personally knew.
