Invisible Players at Deathmatch

Pretty self-explanatory, but I've joined several servers now where after I tp to the deathmatch 1 or more players become invisible (it's usually just 1 though). Is this just me, or are you guys also experiencing this? Just some side-info, I'm using OptiFine and I play on the US servers, if that's any help.

Do they turn invisible for a certain time or do they stay that way? How far away are they from you when they turn invisible?

now that I think about it, it only happens on SG4. They stay invisible for the whole deathmatch.

I've never experienced this but my friend did, I could see the other guy and he couldn't, it was only a 1 time thing though.

This happened to me before, three times.

The first two times, I could've won. The third time, it only happened for a brief period of time (on Solar Frost though) but let him and the visible player duke it out.

I won because of this. This one person couldn't see me, and I beat him. I didn't consider it a "win." More of luck.

Anyway, I don't think it happens anymore. If it does, it must be lag.

That's the map itself, that's why its never voted now both lost ridge and fallen empire are broken. Its sucks too because I like them both.

I've never used it to my advantage (not to my knowledge, at least) but I have survived once because the invisible guy fought a visible guy, the visible guy won, and I went in and killed him. But seriously, I've been in several situations where I could have won but I couldn't because the guys were invisible.

Yeah, happened to me on SG5, after doing really well during the game, i lose due to not being able to see somebody in Deathmatch..
