Hai-
If you've been around the forums lately, you've seen people comment things like "Duck4Mod2013", usually on threads I've made, or threads I've commented on, and I've never really given my full input on this situation.
This thread will explain what I think of the situation. If you find it unnecessary, feel free to lock, but I figured it important enough for a thread because it concerns a lot of people.
Please lay off.
I absolutely love you guys, this support is amazing, but as most of you know, I'm 13. That is almost a full year away from 14, and exceptions will NOT be made.
There's no use going totally off-topic, and bringing it up almost every time I make a post.
I don't want to sound like "Ohh everybody says 'Duck4Mod' when I post because I'm so amazing" because that isn't true.
It only happens when I make longer posts, or threads about impending issues.
Additionally, I don't think I'm some kind of 'god', which I would like to clarify so nobody thinks such.
I could name plenty of people who would make a better moderator than me, and are currently moderating better than I probably will.
This clarification thread is to just say to those who partake in saying that, please lay off.
It's fine every now and then, but nobody wants to see two messages wherever I post saying "Duck4Mod."
Again, the support is amazing, and I couldn't thank any of you enough, but I'd imagine its beinginning to bother staff and other members, in addition to the off-topic Disscussion it creates.
Also, I've also noticed threads regarding moderators somehow always seem to contain my name.
Again, the support is fantastic, but other people deserve just as much support as I do if not more, and once again, it goes rather off-topic.
-----
Please note, if you've ever done this, it's fine! Don't worry, I won't hate you >.<, I'm just saying for future reference to consider laying off.
~Thanks! <3
