Hey it keeps telling me that the address is an "unknown host" whenever i put in exactly what it says on the servers page.. Any help please?

I'm new to this and its not letting me talk on the server or i just don't know how

Can someone please help me. Every time I want to join anyone of the severs ( and I have tried all of them) it tells me the server is an unknown host and I can't join. And YES I do make sure that the lobby is not full! Some please HELP!
