How to join a game and other basics (Video)

Can someone please help me. Every time I want to join anyone of the severs ( and I have tried all of them) it tells me the server is an unknown host and I can't join. And YES I do make sure that the lobby is not full! Some please HELP!

I'm new to this and its not letting me talk on the server or i just don't know how

Make sure you have a proper internet connection and the right ip addresses.
My special strategy is to try joining games in deathmatch so you might get in
when it switches to lobby. just use the servers tab at the top of this page, and make sure you refresh it regularly! the stats on that page are not live!
