Ikr...you don't get paid for it...its volunteer work yet everyone begs to have it, and I know not all of thoz people want it to help the community. Maybe I just don't understand...now that im working full time for a month I see no possible way I could make myself volunteer for something, maybe im just selfish.

Probably because they help people so much and want to have that red name... But on Turkey we have only 3 mods so if you could get mod here you will be famous and be cool. And you can ban people thats one of the reasons too.

If you want to be on the staff team, you need to have experience and maturity. The experience comes from being on the server for a long amount of time, and being a respectable individual. On that ground, quitting just because you didn't get mod doesn't help. There's SO much more to this community than the staff team.

To be honest if your not getting mod there is a reason for it. I really think it's a good idea to ask the sr.staff what was wrong with your application, and then wait a while and then try again when you feel you are ready. Don't worry, you'll get it eventually, everyone who has determination, passion, and hasn't broken too many rules(and meets the application pre-requisites) gets it.
