Mine isn't scrambled, nor I think yours is scrambled either.

The way I see it is in an ambiguous way: there are but too many interpretations that can be followed up, yet within so many routes to take, we just can't guess the emphasis the puzzle has. We can't know whether the puzzle's purpose is for us to discover the meaning the Author meant, or to discover the meaning the puzzle's host would want us to discover.
