Hes not unfortunately, anyways u cannot challenge the #2 clan as u are not 3 spots away from them. You can feel free to challenge another clan.

Since Angels, Iris, Nemesis and Ascendancy disbanded, I think the available clans to challenge/battle is Radiant, Ancient, or Extinct.
