What you get is respect from other members. It's what you earn from being on the servers for a long time and it gets you far.

This currently cannot be done with the current setup of MCSG. It'd be more of a luxury feature than anything, and would require a custom mod. While I can do this, we've got other priorities at this time (new leaderboards, updated donation system, etc.).
