Recently, the staff team and I have noticed a lot of flame from this thread. Let me remind you of some of MCGamer's Terms and Conditions:

8. Do not start argue/flame wars: We want to keep the community peaceful; a place where people are free to have opinions and discuss things. Arguments ruin discussions and are unnecessary.

Example:

1. Your opinion is stupid.
2. This idea is just stupid.
3. User 1: Your ideas are bad and you’re a hacker!
   User 2: No you’re a hacker!
   Staff: Stop arguing.
   Users: No!

• The difference between an argument and a discussion is that a discussion has valid points provided by each sides debating. An argument is a pointless disagreement where sides repeatedly claim the opposing side is wrong without any explanation or validation.
• Flaming/trolling threads are not allowed as they may cause arguments.
• If a staff member says to stop arguing, you must stop.
• Controversial topics that may incite harassment, flame wars, or hate crimes are not allowed. This includes discussion of religion and politics.

14. Do not start drama: This is a community about gaming where the purpose is to have fun. Causing drama causes stress for others, makes the community look and feel bad and will not be tolerated.

• If you are unsure if what you plan to post or have posted will or can cause drama, message a staff member privately for approval.

10. Screamers, offensive, pornographic, and sexual material is not allowed: Whether it's swastikas or lingerie models, such content is not allowed on our forums. If a moderator does not feel like the content is PG-13 and would not be appropriate for children to see, then it will be removed. All incidents are taken on a case-by-case basis, but the decision made is final.

I respect that c: but 1 last thing, ~snip~ and i think some more, there is no 100% proof of this as he's kinda played it smart this time and not said anything in the chat that is good enough evidence, but the community knows it's him, also, you can't ip check him, he has new internet which gives him a new ip.

You can definitely report someone at http://report.mcgamer.info, but we require evidence for IP checks. Sorry about that :/

If someone was banned, they cannot see the evidence without privately contacting staff or disputing the ban. In addition, all of our bans require proof, so there is some proof. Can this thread please get back on topic?
