Lets be honest, even if they did put in DLC's, they'll be so much free downloads, it won't work. Especially since Minecraft is so open to modding and community involvement.

Microsoft doesn't do a lot of DLC stuff, and I think they know that Microsoft has such open foundations, that touching the game could shake it's entire community. They'll definitely won't change the name, and I doubt they'll be DLC's.
