Woah......... the High School I'll go to has the best band in the county by far. Goooo Wildcats!

The other fun thing that I forgot to mention about my high school is our mascot, the Redskins. Named after the strong native american influence that goes around in our area. Sadly, one small group of people who had native american roots had to start a whole area-wide flame-war about how the name Redskin is offensive, and directed it at our school. Apparently only us, however. None of the other schools with similar names were targeted. We neighbor about three/four schools who go by the "Indians", I think two who are the "Warriors", and other things like various intimidating spirit animals and whatnot ;-;

So, after discussing this for less than a minute, it turns out that I was completely wrong and made a complete fool of myself :]

That's really stupid...... I live in the poorest county where I live so it's like the hood at some schools. Most ghetto comes from the schools who's mascots are Tigers, bobcats, warriors

All the extra curricular at my school are complete poop, and the only sports they offer are your typical soccer, hockey, football and basketball. So much diversity.

Swimming and Water Polo.

In Middle School we had a really fun history club where we went on a field trip every month and did a lot of activities. Unfortunately I don't have that anymore.

Aw man, lucky! I'd give my right thumb to play on a water polo team! My school doesn't have that

I participate in:
Cross Country (League Champs)
Band (We have an ultra-hardcore director that everyone hates)
Baseball (Center Field + Power Hitter)
Track (800m and 4x400 Relay races)
and a few other minor clubs and things that aren't important.
