Block hitting can be good, but most of the better players don't use it as a main aggressive strategy. I use blockhitting when there isn't much room for strafing.

Do you want your hit and block buttons to be more efficient or the sprint button?
For my sprint button I use R as it's easy to reach. I use the normal right mouse button for blocking, but I've seen a vid of 4nonhumans using what I think was A for his block button?

I know his layout, and he uses right click for his block. A is his left strafe, as usual
