Currently I just hit both of my buttons on my mouse and use left control to sprint and it sort of works out. Would anyone have a better or more efficient way to achieve something similar to this?

Do you want your hit and block buttons to be more efficient or the sprint button?
For my sprint button I use R as it's easy to reach. I use the normal right mouse button for blocking, but I've seen a vid of 4nonhumans using what I think was A for his block button?

I use shift for Sprint, lft ctrl for crouch, R for optifine zoom. I find block hitting easiest with just both mouse buttons. However, block hitting isn't very useful on mcsg due to our own NCP, since it STRONGLY debuffs it

Sprint: F, crouch: default, and I don't block hit (and you shouldn't either)

That isn't really accurate. block-hitting usually registers as regular hits. As a debuff, it works less than 1/3 the time. It's only useful inside a closed space, considering it can make a small difference without causing any disadvantages.

There's a way to do it without any disadvantages/debuffs
