Community going in wrong direction.

I Feel The Survival games community is getting worse; People Calling out "HACKER" In chat when someone kills them, thay might be hacking, but don't make a big deal about it. Just record them hacking you dont need to be like "HACKER, BAN HIM!" that's just rude. and more people are playing for competitivness. The people that Are really good and just play for fun and they don't rage or get all mad are: rario7 and hystericallify and some more.And also one time i was in a teamspeak with gamer and someone joined (i will not name) and said: "Oh hey it's max the fabulous person" Then left. Survival games are for fun and not to rage or swear. When i used to play before, there would be no spammers, no hackers and hacker callers, and most importintly everyone was nice. I Feel the community is going it a WRONG direction. we need to change this. Post suggestions here on how we can!

I don't see why people take "hacker" as a threat, if you know that you play legit feed of it, someone calling you a hacker because you killed them just goes to show how good you really are.

I find it scary beacuse they threaten to report me and i've been banned for no reason before so who says it won't happen again?

There are several things that I am finding annoying in this thread, one being that this has been discussed in so many threads, people have given good replies on how to react when this happens, yet these thread keep popping up.

And second is this:

We don't ban without reason. We always carefully study the proof and then take action. We never ban without proof.

But seriously guys, this is all expected. Of course when you first start off a new community there aren't going to be hackers/spammers. The more popular you get, the more attackers you get. If you get called a hacker, brush it off, and continue. Just ignore them. Do you have a younger sibling/relative? They can be pestering sometimes, but you just deal with it, do the same with the kids that call you a hacker.

People will not use their minds and think to record/poke a mod. Just remember that you are better than they are and take the word "hacker" as a compliment. "Hackers" are hard to kill, and so are you, but you are better because you have skills and they don't.

I think people may have forgotten that this has always happened. It isn't really a sign of the community going in the wrong direction - or 'downhill' - it's just people complaining more about problems that have always been there. Good PvP'ers have always been called hackers, you just have to learn to ignore it. And as to your TS incident, dicks will be dicks (sorry for the profanity), but they don't reflect the overall community. And on the subject of competitiveness: these are PvP servers, so there is obviously going to be some hefty competition. It's in the nature of the servers themselves, not something that reflects negatively on the community (though certain members may be more competitive than others).

Ultimately, don't let small incidents sour your view of this community, because it really is great. As of recently, many people have begun complaining, it's become almost the 'popular' thing to do. But all you really have to do is brush it off, and enjoy these servers and the community to its fullest.

I was accused of being a hacker the other day and i just sat there and laughed. In all seriousness though hackers are a problem and we all hate them, the key thing to remember is don't accuse if you can't prove it.

I was casually in a lobby chatting with some players about random stuff when someone shouted out "Omg TaiserRY you have 215 wins" and i said "ye and?". then he repeatedly shouts NERD NERD NERD then says i have no social skills. i don't even play that much now i just play for fun i mean JESUS CHRIST
