For question one, yes. It can be whoever you want to ref from the list of refs on the front page. But Both clans must agree on the ref. question 2, you have 48 hours to reply to the battle, and you have a week to start the battle.

Either have someone else do it, second in command of your clan. Or nothing can be done and you'll lose your spot on the leaderboards.

Trivium has till Friday 7/25 to reply to Rebels challenge.
ArtofPVP and Unite have to pm me time and date of their battle.
Samurai and Alpha have to pm me time and date of their battle.
Aspiration has till the end of Thursday 7/24 to reply to Vaporize challenge.
The loser of the battle has to face Ascension, 48 hours of scheduling starts after battle is over.
Trama has till the end of Thursday 7/24 to reply to Eternity challenge.
Elevate and Valor have to pm me time and date of their battle.
