It is against the License and explained in the FAQ that redistributing the textures from the main texture packs created by Sphax isn't allowed without permission.

With the amount of PvP texture pack edits and such featuring his textures, available for download, I don't think d3fin3d went and enforced the 'use textures only with my permission' rule.

Neither does Sphax- it seems a little bit stupid to open a lawsuit on some innocent person who accidentally used a virtual collection of pixels (a texture) without getting permission to do so.

I don't think anybody has gotten into serious trouble over using copyrighted textures.

2 swords were made by this guy called Zaihon mc, I edited them to make the edges slanted and I recoloured 3 of the swords, These swords were edited and made by me. The samples were made by zaihon mc. Also, I never claimed I made these

Slanting a sword doesn't exactly mean you did anything except change the tip.
And the by the samples you mean the swords? Because from the ones you have in your pack I've seen in elsewhere... unchanged.
