I am a little mad at the MCSG staff

I've honestly never seen you on the forums before, but just by this thread I can see why you wouldn't be accepted as Moderator: Especially not now.

1. You made a thread saying "You Can't Stand the Senior Staff" as opposed to politely messaging this whole thing to them. It wasn't necessary, and it sure isn't helping your chances of becoming a staff member.
2. You're refusing to retype an application basically because you're saying it's too much work. That's not really what the MCSG staff is about: they have to work for hours upon hours upon hours whether it be dealing with players or just helping keep MCSG in-line, so typing some words for an application shouldn't make you throw in the towel.
3. You literally copied and pasted the exact same application several times. Not only is this foolish in its own way but from the sounds of it you did it a good 4 or so times before you finally figured out that it's not going to work.

If you want to be accepted as a moderator you need to show dedication to the server and that you'll dedicate time to it. Not just get upset when one interview goes wrong and then make a thread saying you can't stand the senior staff as well as constantly reusing the exact same application.

If your interview is denied then you did something wrong somewhere along the trail. It might not be fun but you have to so back to square-one which means retyping an app. Did you really think constantly posting an app would get you accepted?

Well they should of said it all of the other times rather than saying that I am not qualified

Look, you got accepted to the interview stage because your application was good enough, but declined because your interview was not. Their standards obviously went up for you, because they believed you could do it again, providing you had the willingness (which you did not) and ability (which you probably possess).

In Red Forest you can not post same app twice, you must show improvement, same with MCSG. If you were denied then there must be a reason. They thought they might have wanted you on the team but then they changed their mind. There is always something to improve. The Sr.Staff have nothing against and you should not hate them. I didn't hate Ninetailefox92 when I was declined yet again in my trial. I knew what to improve and I improved it and got in. You should do the same. But now your mod chances are pretty much dead now so there really ins't much of a point to this.

Why? A good Mod should be able to point out stuff like this without having it be told to them. If you were/are a good potention Mod, you would of changed it right away.

Well, the whole reason I copied and pasted was because that I thought I can have another shot at the interview again

The interview revealed some faults that you have. In your new application you need to write new and improved information to help show that you have improved in areas you were lacking in.

I just didnt answer some of the questions correct because I was a nervous

It was good the first time, but they expected better the second. There is no point in arguing because clearly, we are right. The proof is when you got denied.
