I am a little mad at the MCSG staff

Hello everyone! I'm alltbboss29 and I have something to say to the MCSG Sr. Staff. So a couple of weeks ago, I applied for moderator and it made it to the interview stage where then it was declined and they told me to reapply. Then I reapplied using the same mod app because I thought that it may have a shot at the interview stage again, and maybe improve in my interview, but then they declined it saying, the sr staff does not feel I am qualified. And this was the exact same mod app that got me to the interview stage. I think that they are not moving my application to the next stage because I got declined in the interview and they think that it will be the same thing again. If this is what they are going to do, then why do they tell me to reapply? Then I reapplied 2 more times and got the same answer. Then recently I reapplied one more time with the same mod app and they decline it saying that they dont want a copied and pasted application and that they wanted to see improvement. Well then how come the exact same mod app went to the interview stage? I'm not going to spend another 2 hours writing another mod app because I already worked so hard on making a mod app that will have a good shot at getting me to Moderator. I'm not doing this again. I'm sick of the MCSG sr staff. This is so unfair that they say "I'm not qualified to be moderator" because I got declined in the interview. Anyway, thank you for taking the time to read this

Well, why wouldn't you improve your app? Maybe they wanted to see you reapply because they want to see a better app or something? cOPYING AND pasting your app doesn't deserve mod. So what is wrong with the Sr. Staff?

There was nothing to improve on, it previously made it to the interview stage where it got declined

I've honestly never seen you on the forums before, but just by this thread I can see why you wouldn't be accepted as Moderator: Especially not now.

1. You made a thread saying "You Can't Stand the Senior Staff" as opposed to politely messaging this whole thing to them. It wasn't necessary, and it sure isn't helping your chances of becoming a staff member.
2. You're refusing to retype an application basically because you're saying it's too much work. That's not really what the MCSG staff is about: they have to work for hours upon hours upon hours whether it be dealing with players or just helping keep MCSG in-line, so typing some words for an application shouldn't make you throw in the towel.
3. You literally copied and pasted the exact same application several times. Not only is this foolish in its own way but from the sounds of it you did it a good 4 or so times before you finally figured out that it's not going to work.

If you want to be accepted as a moderator you need to show dedication to the server and that you'll dedicate time to it. Not just get upset when one interview goes wrong and then make a thread saying you can't stand the senior staff as well as constantly reusing the exact same application.

If your interview is denied then you did something wrong somewhere along the trail. It might not be fun but you have to so back to square-one which means retyping an app. Did you really think constantly posting an app would get you accepted?

I dont see anything that says you can apply 3 times, everytime I have gotten declined, they say reapply

You didn't think the fact that the app got denied several times was a bit of a message...?

Why? A good Mod should be able to point out stuff like this without having it be told to them. If you were/are a good potention Mod, you would of changed it right away.
