Wicked, can not over-rule Afro, he is a leader. The only person that can over-rule Afro is another leader, or Parwez.

I'm extremely sorry for ever leaving in the first place, I was like high or something. I asked Parwez if he thought I made the right choice in leaving, he said this: Do what your heart tells you, not your stomach" my heart tells me that I love you all (or most of you) way too much to leave.

Leaders cannot over rule other leaders if they're in the same rank, the Leaders would have to agree. On One Decision or parwez can over rule
