Yes it is. If you are not a good player and you die quickly every game there is not much gametime you can use to practice.

MCSG is not the best place to practice for pvp if you never have. Although how is teaming good practice? If you aren't good and your in a team, you still wouldn't be good because your teammate would do everything then you would die.

In all honesty, telling people teaming is good is not good, in a sense. Yes, everyone is entitled to an opinion, although it doesn't mean it is right. Teaming makes the game for those who like to play alone not fun. Especially teams of 3+. If you do not have the skill to win, practice, teaming won't help you get better.

Well, they could take you to the end then you could freeload off of them and kill them in deathmatch.

There is no difference. If teaming was a legit strategy, then the thread would be titled: "How to win like you have never PvP'd"
